- A comprehensive guide to reduce the production impact of a production at all stages and in all departments, available worldwide.
- A common set of 80 sustainable actions for the film, audiovisual, and advertising sectors listed in a free reference framework.
- A tool to assess the sustainability level of your production with the Ecoprod Label score : to be eligible for the Ecoprod Label, a production must achieve a score of over 65% and validate the eight mandatory criteria outlined in the reference document.
- A solid certification scheme through an audit conducted by an independent third party, AFNOR Certification.
A global standard for green production
The Ecoprod Label reference framework stems from extensive consultations with industry professionals and environmental experts, and is based on the expertise, studies and data collected by Ecoprod and its partners over the past 15 years. The Ecoprod Label is supported by ADEME (French Agency for Ecological Transition), and audited by AFNOR Certification.

A four-stage certification process
01. Before shooting
APPLICATION FORM
I calculate my green score and obtain a score ≥ 65%. Contact Afnor Certification to sign up for a certified label. I choose my certification scheme according to the type of project.
02. During shooting
EVALUATION
I complete the reference grid and submit it to the auditor. The evidence for each criterion is then reviewed, either on-site or through documentation, resulting in an initial assessment report.
03. After shooting
FINAL REPORT
I finalize the repository by providing the required completion evidence (such as the final carbon footprint, post-production documentation, etc.). The auditor then prepares a final evaluation report.
04. Earning the Label
CERTIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION
Based on Ecoprod’s positive evaluation, Afnor Certification issues a certificate displaying the achieved score along with the Label logo. With my production now certified, I can proudly share my commitment and showcase my best practices!

The decision to certify the campaign was made at the very beginning of the project, through a mutual agreement between the RATP and Havas teams, with support from A Better Prod. To date, few poster campaigns have achieved such certification, making this a milestone in itself! By adhering to its rigorous standards, the certification process has not only raised awareness among the teams about the environmental impact of production but has also enabled them to implement best practices for this and future campaigns.
