Synopsis: The coach of a local swimming club is found dead on the banks of the Cher River. His death causes great emotion among his students, but much less so among his rival, Nicolas Chevalier, a former athlete turned coach, whom Katia knows well for his unconventional behaviour with his swimmers. Very quickly, the investigation conducted by the police reveals that this murder goes far beyond the scope of a simple sporting rivalry.
