Synopsis: A few years ago, Captain Kandinsky had met the “Traveller”. The two police officers got on well and shared a deep-seated rejection of court rulings that result in cases being dismissed. Captain Yann Kandinsky decided to change his life; he chose to become a “Traveller”. He took a leave of absence from the National Police to devote all his time to tracking down criminals and solving unsolved cases.
